This is one special charm bracelet. Bonnie emailed me to say that she wanted to embrace her quirkiness - and I couldn't have been more pleased! Together, we came up with the design for a charm bracelet that celebrates all the wonderful things that make her happy.
The colour scheme is based on William Morris's designs - lots of rich earth and jewel tones, with vintage faux pearls and tiny pieces of sea glass to represent Bonnie's love of the sea shore.
You can't help but smile when you see the charms, each of which stands for a memory, a wish or a favourite thing. There are delicate sterling silver charms of a compass, a book, Alice in Wonderland, a violin and the Union Jack. The centrepiece is a beautiful enamelled charm of a bluebird. Sweet and elegant dollhouse miniatures of strawberry tarts and china teacups complete the eccentric, eclectic effect.
