How do I buy ready to wear charm bracelets?

While viewing a ready to wear charm bracelet, click on "add to cart" to add the bracelet to your shopping cart. You can then choose whether to continue shopping or check out. Once you've checked out and paid, you'll receive an emailed receipt and I'll get to work on your order.

What methods of payment do you accept?

I accept payment by all major credit and debit cards from anywhere in the world and PayPal.

What currencies do you accept? How much is that in Euros/Yen?

I accept payments in Pounds Sterling . If you're shopping from somewhere with a different currency, my payment processor will automatically convert my prices into your local currency when you checkout. If you'd like to get an idea in advance, I'd recommend that you use a currency conversion site such as xe.com.

When will I receive my charm bracelets?

Most of my ready to wear charm bracelets are dispatched within 5 days, but if it's a busy time of year it can take up to 10 days. If you would like a charm bracelet in a hurry, please email me at kerry@misskerryturner.com before you order. I'll do everything I can to speed things up for you!

How do you ship your charm bracelets?

I ship my charm bracelets using Royal Mail Special Delivery (for UK orders) and Royal Mail Airsure (for international orders). These are express services that fully insured and can be tracked online at every stage of the journey.

What are your shipping charges?

Shipping to the UK starts at £5.09, shipping to Europe starts at £7.79 and shipping to the rest of the world starts at £8.29 for one bracelet. The price increases by £1.40 for each additional bracelet.

Do you ship internationally?

I most certainly do. See above for the charges.

Bespoke orders

How much do bespoke charm bracelets cost?

The price depends on how many bracelets you'd like and whether you'd prefer pewter or sterling silver charms. My bespoke page gives basic prices, along with instructions for getting a quotation for more unusual orders!

What are the differences between pewter charms and sterling silver charms?

For a start, silver is a precious metal - this means it's more expensive! Sterling silver charms develop a beautiful patina over time that brings out the fine details, and, of course, increase in value over the years! Lots of people prefer the more delicate appearance of sterling silver. Pewter is a cheaper base metal, and is a little "chunkier" and less delicate in appearance.

How do I order a bespoke charm bracelet? How does the bespoke process work?

Firstly, you should visit my bespoke charm bracelets page to see the various prices and options, and follow the instructions to place an enquiry. I'll get back to you with a basic proposal, timescale and quotation, and will then collect all the information I need to come up with a totally unique, personal design. When we're both happy with the details, I'll request payment in full up-front via credit card or PayPal. Once payment has been received, I'll order the materials and hand make your bracelet. I'll send you a photograph of the finished piece, and on your approval will send the bracelet to you by insured, trackable post.

When will I receive my bracelet?

Due to the time it takes to order materials and the intricate nature of my charm bracelets, bespoke orders normally take 5-6 weeks to complete and dispatch. If you'd like your jewellery in more of a hurry, please let me know - I'll do everything I can to meet your deadline!

Returns, refunds and exchanges

What is your returns policy?

I want you to be delighted with your jewellery. If you're unhappy with a charm bracelet that you bought from the shop, for any reason at all, please contact me at kerry@misskerryturner.com within 14 days of receipt of your order and I will be happy to offer you the choice of a refund or exchange. Please note that unless the jewellery is damaged or faulty, shipping the bracelet back to me will be at your own expense.

Bespoke orders are not subject to the above policy. In the unlikely event that you are unhappy with a bespoke charm bracelet, I will be happy to alter it to your specifications. Please contact me at kerry@misskerryturner.com within 14 days of receipt so that we can work it out.

Oh no! My jewellery is faulty/has been damaged in transit!

Although I make and pack my jewellery with the utmost care, problems can sometimes occur. If your jewellery is faulty or arrives damaged, please retain the item(s) and packaging and contact me as soon as possible at kerry@misskerryturner.com. I will arrange for the original item and packaging to be returned to me, and will offer you the choice of a refund or exchange.

What is your privacy policy?

I treat any information given to me with the utmost respect. I will not pass it on to anyone else without your consent, or use it in any way that you haven't explicitly agreed to. Can you gift wrap my order?

I gift wrap every order! All of my jewellery arrives in a gorgeous lilac gift box tied with hot pink ribbon, perfect for giving (or keeping, for that matter).

Are your charm bracelets suitable for people with allergies?

I use sterling silver chains and findings for all my charm bracelets. The beads and charms I use are a mix of materials, but I ensure that they are always nickel-free. I have very sensitive skin and always test materials by wearing them myself, so I can assure you that if they don't make me itch they should be just fine on most other people! If you'd like more specific information on the materials I use for any particular item, please email me at kerry@misskerryturner.com and I'll be happy to help.

How do I care for my charm bracelet?

My charm bracelets are meant to be worn, not kept in their (admittedly lovely) boxes, so I make sure that they're as robust as possible! I secure all beads and charms with sturdy, high quality findings and use materials that do not tarnish easily. However, some basic care is required - I don't recommend that you wear your charm bracelet while playing sports, for example. Oil or alcohol based perfumes should not be applied directly to your bracelet, as they may react with some materials - it's best to put your perfume on and wait for ten minutes before wearing any jewellery, not just mine! If, over time, the silver loses its original shine, a quick once-over with a jewellery cloth will work wonders!

I'd like to sell your jewellery in my shop. Do you sell wholesale?

I'm afraid not. My jewellery is only available through this site.
