How do I order a bespoke charm bracelet?

I'm afraid that as of March 2009 I will not be accepting new orders. I'm sorry if this causes any disappointment.

Returns, refunds and exchanges

What is your returns policy?

I want you to be delighted with your jewellery. In the unlikely event that you are unhappy with a bespoke charm bracelet, I will be happy to alter it to your specifications. Please contact me at kerry@misskerryturner.com within 14 days of receipt so that we can work it out.

Where is my order?

I keep all my customers updated with regular emails about the progress of their orders. However, if you're at all concerned about the progress of your order, please don't hesitate to contact me at kerry@misskerryturner.com. I'll help you out!

Oh no! My jewellery is faulty/has been damaged in transit!

Although I make and pack my jewellery with the utmost care, problems can sometimes occur. If your jewellery is faulty or arrives damaged, please retain the item(s) and packaging and contact me as soon as possible at kerry@misskerryturner.com. I will arrange for the original item and packaging to be returned to me, and will offer you the choice of a refund or exchange.

What is your privacy policy?

I treat any information given to me with the utmost respect. I will not pass it on to anyone else without your consent, or use it in any way that you haven't explicitly agreed to. Can you gift wrap my order?

I gift wrap every order! All of my jewellery arrives in a gorgeous gift box tied with beautiful ribbon, perfect for giving (or keeping, for that matter).

Are your charm bracelets suitable for people with allergies?

I use sterling silver chains and findings for all my charm bracelets. The beads and charms I use are a mix of materials, but I ensure that they are always nickel-free. If you'd like more specific information on the materials I use for any particular item, please email me at kerry@misskerryturner.com and I'll be happy to help.

How do I care for my charm bracelet?

My charm bracelets are meant to be worn, not kept in their (admittedly lovely) boxes, so I make sure that they're as robust as possible! I secure all beads and charms with sturdy, high quality findings and use materials that do not tarnish easily. However, some basic care is required - I don't recommend that you wear your charm bracelet while doing the dishes, for example! Oil or alcohol based perfumes should not be applied directly to your bracelet, as they may react with some materials - in fact, it's best to put your perfume on and wait for ten minutes before wearing any jewellery, not just mine! If, over time, the silver loses its original shine, a quick once-over with a jewellery cloth will work wonders!

I'm afraid not. My jewellery is only available through this site.
